	A: Ms. Cray, I was wondering if you looked at my purchase request for a new computer. I sent it to you over a week ago now. B: Yes, Jason. I was just looking at it now actually. I was a little confused about some of the reasons you gave for the request. What is wrong with computer you have now? A: Well Ms. Cray, the computer is an out of date model and so I can’t use many programs very efficiently and the computer has been breaking down quite often. B: Well, under the circumstances I think I can grant your request. After I sign the request, take it down to the logistics department and they will replace it for you by tomorrow.
