A: May I have everyone’s attention, please? Presentation events will begin in twenty-five minutes in the main convention hall. Following this message, all speakers must report to the Green Room to confirm and access presentation equipment. Guests and audience members are asked to turn off all noise-making devices including cell phones, PDAs, and laptops. All members holding press passes are asked to enter through the front entrance and gather in the Blue Room about 15 minutes before presentations begin. For security concerns, we ask that members not leave the main convention hall once they have entered and doors will be promptly shut at 10:15. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to this afternoon’s presentations. Thank you.
