We are looking forward to seeing all of our staff members from three branch offices in the state of California on Saturday evening at the Institute of Fine Arts (IFA) Museum in San Francisco. Here is some general information about the party:
Dress code:
Men - business attire, suits and tie
Women - cocktail dress
Hotel:
There are several hotel rooms still available at the Airport Marriott. All reasonably priced hotels downtown are booked and this was the closest I could get. So please let me know ASAP if you still need a hotel room.
Location of and Parking at the IFA (Please note: take your parking ticket with you when you exit your car. Once you get off the elevator there will be someone there to stamp it for you. You will not be required to pay for parking.):
The IFA is located in Center City at the intersection of 20th Street and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The Museum’s parking garage entrance is located behind the building at the intersection of 21st Street and Winter Street. Note that oversized vehicles cannot enter the garage; the height limit is 6’5”.

Hi, Mary. I was wondering about available hotel rooms for my wife and me after the holiday party. You mentioned that there are several available rooms in the Airport Marriott? I would like to book one.
Also, my friend mentioned that there are some rooms available in the Lilca Tower Hotel located right next to the IFA Museum. Could you check on this for us? It would be a great place to book rooms, if what my friend says is true.
