Dear Calverton School,

We received our statement on 11/02/05 and were surprised to see not one, but two late payment penalty fees. My wife and I both agree that this is our first time receiving a bill in the mail from Calverton Preschool and I am writing to ask that you deduct the combined fee of $24 from our total balance.

I have heard of your online services, but I am someone who tends to rely on receiving post mail and writing checks. Although the fee may be a small sum, especially when compared to the overall cost, my wife and I both feel that it was unfairly included in our bill and would like to see it removed.

Please let me know if you have any concerns or run into problems concerning our statement. I can be reached most days between 9 to 5 at my office, the number to which I know you already possess in your files. I will be expecting to hear from you.

Thank you for your attention.

Frederick Sansom.
