Picking up tickets: by mail(handling charge°¡ Ãß°¡ µÉ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù) or at the door (±ØÀå ¸ÅÇ¥¼Ò) ¸ÅÇ¥¼Ò¿¡¼­ ƼÄÏÀ» ¹ÞÀ»¶§ Á¼®¹èÄ¡(seating arrangement)¸¦ È®ÀÎ ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù.

Task

1) What is the unexpected problem for the customer to come across at the counter?

2) You are at the theater to pick up the tickets. Ask the employee at the counter about your seating arrangement.
