Task

1) Where did the customer get the answering machine?

2) You bought a camera from a shop, but soon it didn't work. Visit the shop where you bought a camera and start a conversation.

Salesperson: May I help you?

Customer: Yes. I bought this answering machine here on sale, and it doesn't work right. What's your policy on sale items?

Salesperson: No different from regular items. If there's anything wrong, we'll give you a replacement or a refund.

Customer: Great.

Salesperson: What seems to be the problem?

Customer: Well, when I got this machine home after I bought it at the warehouse sale last week?

Salesperson: ..Oh, excuse me. I am very sorry, but warehouse sale merchandise doesn't fall under the usual return policy. We give no guarantee on them. They have to be sent back to the manufacturer.
