Bank Teller: Good morning.

Customer: I¡¯d like to deposit a check into my new savings account, and I¡¯m not sure exactly how to do it.

Bank Teller: Just fill out this deposit slip. Write the amount of the check at the top, and then if you want any cash back, write that on the line at the bottom, and sign the slip. Also, I¡¯ll need your passbook.

Customer: Okay. Here. And if I want a cashier¡¯s check for part of the cash back, do I need to indicate that on the deposit slip?

Bank Teller: No. Just be sure to include that amount when you calculate how much cash you want back.

Customer: All right.
