Customer: Hi. I¡¯m calling on behalf of an organization called ¡°Students for the Environment.¡±, and I'd like to find out about your room availability for our annual conference next March. We would need a lecture-type hall for 70 people and an outdoor area for the reception.
Receptionist: We may be able to accommodate both of your requests. What date did you have in mind?
Customer: We¡¯re shooting for Friday, March 5, from 8:00 a.m. until as late as you would permit.
