1. Make a quote for the rate; 가격확인. Pick-up point, Drop-off point, Duration, Truck size (bedroom) 등을 결정한다.
2. Gather moving supplies: 이사에 필요한 준비물 챙기기 (Dolly, tape, rope, box, bubble wrap, etc)
Task

1) What are the biggest items that the customer has?
2) You are planning to move out next Friday. You rang up Ryder (트럭 rental 회사) to rent a truck. 방 두개정도에 차는 가구를 운반 할 트럭에 관한 질문을 어떻게 할까요?
Customer: I’d like to rent a truck a week from Saturday, but I am not sure what size I need. I’d also like to know how much it will cost.
Agent: How many rooms are you moving?
Customer: Oh. It’s only about two rooms worth of furniture.
Agent: What is the length and width of the largest item?
Customer: Well, I have a full size mattress and box spring for my bed. Those are the largest items.
Agent: O.K. And how long did you want it for?
Customer: All day, I guess.
Agent: That would be $119 plus insurance.
Customer: Fine

A: I’d like to rent a trailer. (트레일러를 빌리고 싶습니다.)

B: Well, it’s about one room worth of furniture. (2개 분량의 가구가 있습니다.)

A: I think I’ll be needing some boxes and dollies. (약간의 상자와 짐수레가 필요할 것 같은데요.)
