Filing a medical insurance claim (II); 의료보험료 청구하기

의료보험 신청양식을 작성한 후에는 보험회사측에 지불(make payment)를 요청해야 한다. 요구가 합당 (eligible) 할 시에는 보험금이 지급된다.

TASK
1) What does the holder need to submit with a completed claim form?
2) Ask the agent what you need to file (접수하다)a claim

Agent: What is the nature of your claim?
Holder: Well, I had a fall at the shopping mall a while ago and hurt my knees badly. They became quite inflamed, and I needed several doctor visits, a lot of anti-inflammatories.
Agent: There should be no problem getting reimbursed, as long as you have all your medical receipts.
Holder: So should I send them in with the claim form?
Agent: Please.

1) Giving details of the nature of your claim: 보험금을 요청하는 이유에 대한 설명
I tripped over a threshold and sprained my ankle. (문지방에서 미끄러져서 발목을 삐었습니다.)
I was severely injured in a car accident last week. (지난 주에 차사고로 중상을 입었습니다.)
I was admitted to an emergency room with abdominal pains and headache. (복통과 두통으로 응급실에 실려 갔습니다.)
